Keystone provides commercial roofing services, including repair, maintenance, installation, replacement, inspection, interior repair, snow removal, and emergency roof repair, across Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Westchester County, and Nassau County.
We work exclusively with commercial, institutional, and government property owners. Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute a specific quote, contract, or commitment until confirmed in writing for a particular project.
Any pricing, timeline, or scope discussed prior to a physical inspection of your property is preliminary. The final scope of work, pricing, and timeline for any project is determined only after an on-site assessment and is set out in a separate written proposal or contract, which governs that specific project.
Roof work in New York City may require filing with the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB), depending on the scope of the work and the building. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the property owner is the applicant of record for any required permit.
We can discuss what a specific project is likely to require, but the Department of Buildings makes the final determination on permit requirements for any given job.
Payment terms, deposit requirements, and invoicing schedules are set out in the written proposal or contract for each project and are not established by this website.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials is provided separately, in writing, as part of the signed proposal or contract for a specific project. No warranty is created or implied by the content of this website.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone Commercial Roofing Contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from services performed, except as otherwise set out in a signed written contract governing a specific project.
Keystone maintains $2,000,000 in general liability insurance. This does not expand or alter any liability terms agreed to in a signed project contract.
You agree not to use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it. Content on this website (including text, images, and layout) belongs to Keystone Commercial Roofing Contractors unless otherwise noted and may not be copied or reused without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
